INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MINN. (AP) _ A chemical spill just off Highway 52 south of St. Paul has several parts of the freeway closed for much of the day. A tanker truck carrying sodium hydroxide rolled over Wednesday around 11:30 A.M. while on the ramp to interstate 494 and began leaking the chemical, which is used in manufacturing. Sodium hydroxide is corrosive to the touch but its fumes do not ......
